this is the first year since being a family that i didn't get Christmas cards out in the mail.. some things just had to slide this year.. i am trying to keep it simple and what it's about... i've been having the children read scriptures on the Saviors birth and i've even learned more doing so..  we are just so grateful to KNOW the Savior WAS born... and that He LIVES..

 my friend pam is the sweetest.. crafty beyond reason.. talented.. and i'm not just saying so because she spoils me...

she MADE THIS and left it on my porch.. it's beautiful.. even the boys were a bit star struck.. luci was struck down with craftiness love..

one day miss pam will actually KNOCK on my door and come into my HOME instead of leaving it on the porch and driving away! silly girl! i was more bummed out that i didn't have my porch decorated yet.. i've been trying to get out there.. it just seems one more thing to do this season.. but now i must, before friends start dropping by with Christmas cookies. it would be nice to come home and not sigh at the sight of a half decorated porch too..

going to do a ding dong dash on my friend pam today.. might take a pic of her porch for inspiration..

can you believe this little thing dunked my cell phone in the dog water and then left it there? then when she got caught, she ran away wet up to her elbows screeching like a cockatil i once had... grabbing a cats tail with one hand and at the same time grabbing an ornament of the tree as she passed...... NAUGHTY NAUGHTY NAUGHTY....
